Jeff's practice focuses on business and tax planning for closely-held businesses and professional practices, and the design and implementation of qualified retirement plans (including ESOPs), health plans and cafeteria plans.  He also spends a significant amount of time assisting professional practices in mergers and restructuring.

Jeff  is a graduate of Georgetown University (1980) and the University of Wisconsin School of Law (1984).  He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Wisconsin and Racine County Bar Associations and the Racine-Kenosha Estate Planning Council.

John's practice is focused on representing physicians, physician groups and other health care providers.  John is also primarily responsible for the firm's estate planning practice.  

John graduated from the University of Wisconsin with  B.B.A. in Finance in 1991 and from Marquette University Law School, cum laude, in 1996.  At Marquette, John served as Executive Editor of the Marquette Law Review and Editor-in-Chief of the Marquette Sports Law Journal.  He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Wisconsin and Racine County Bar Associations.

Eric is a 2002 graduate of the University of Wisconsin (double major in history and political science), and a 2006 graduate of Marquette University Law School.
